Buying a Backlink Package for the First Time: What to Prepare Before You Ask

Brand promotion: this article introduces Guangsuan's Google backlink package services (GPB, GNB and GMB). It is a vendor-introduction piece, not an independent review or a commissioned evaluation.

The first time you ask a provider about backlinks, the conversation usually starts badly. You send a website address and a budget, and you get back a price list with several tiers and a lot of numbers. You cannot tell whether the numbers are comparable, and you cannot tell what you are actually buying.

The short answer: prepare three things before you ask — the pages you want to promote, the current state of your site, and the questions you will use to compare quotes. Guangsuan's own package page puts the same idea in one line: send the website address and target pages, and confirm the combination, quantity and delivery boundary together. It also states the boundary that matters most: site content is the foundation, and backlinks are not a substitute for it.

1. Write down which pages you actually want to promote

This is the step people skip, and it is the one that decides the answer. "We want more links" is not a brief. "We want to push these three product pages and this category page" is.

The reason is that Guangsuan's three services do not point at the same place. Guangsuan's own comparison table separates them by build method, scale, retention and reporting, and says not to treat different link types as equivalent resources.

  • GPB (Guangsuan Private Backlinks) is described as one link carried by one top-level-domain independent site, paired with one human-written article, with indexing and dofollow requirements included as delivery items. This is the layer you aim at a specific product, category or business page.
  • GNB (Guangsuan Nature Backlinks) has a narrower scope than people expect: one target site, homepage and brand-term anchors only, no inner pages. Guangsuan's page gives a working reference of roughly 85% nofollow with dofollow above 10%, and describes the entry tier as mainly for building a healthy link profile rather than as a ranking layer.
  • GMB (Guangsuan Million Backlinks) is a large-scale build aimed at getting many URLs discovered. Two conditions are stated on the service page: it does not promise long-term retention, and it does not provide a per-link report — you observe it through Search Console.

So before you ask for a quote, write one sentence per page group. If the answer is "a handful of product pages," the GPB layer is the relevant one. If the answer is "the homepage needs a broader referring-domain base," that is GNB's stated scope. If the answer is "we have hundreds of pages that are not being discovered," that is a crawling question, and GMB is the layer described for it.

One naming caution worth knowing before you read any quote: in this context GMB is a Guangsuan service name. It is not Google Business Profile, and it is not a Google product or certification.

2. Have your site's current state ready

Guangsuan's package page asks for the website address, target pages, existing Search Console data and budget before confirming whether a combination fits. That list is a reasonable template for any first conversation, and you can assemble it yourself in an afternoon of reading your own reports.

  • The final URLs you want to promote — the address that actually returns the page, not a redirect source.
  • What Search Console currently shows for those pages: whether they are indexed, and roughly what impressions and clicks they get. This is your baseline. Without it, you have no way to compare anything later.
  • Whether the pages are worth linking to. Guangsuan states plainly that content is the foundation and backlinks are not a substitute for it. A link package does not fix a thin page, a broken template, or a page that does not answer the query it targets.
  • Your budget range, so the provider can tell you which tier is realistic rather than quoting the largest one.

If you do not have Search Console set up yet, that is the first thing to fix. It is free, it is your own data, and it is what both sides will use to check delivery later.

3. Ask these questions before you compare prices

Prices across providers are hard to compare because the units differ. These questions make the units visible.

  • What is one unit? For GPB, Guangsuan describes one link as one article on one independent domain. For GNB, the unit is a bulk distribution around one homepage. For GMB, it is a large-scale build across many URLs. Comparing raw counts across these three compares different things.
  • What is the target page? GPB points at the pages you choose; GNB is homepage and brand terms only. If a quote does not say which page receives the links, the number is not yet meaningful.
  • What is the reporting? Guangsuan's package page says to check delivery volume and search performance separately, and not to use a single link count as a substitute for judging results. Ask what report you get and when.
  • What is not promised? Guangsuan states that its indexing and non-deletion commitments do not mean Google guarantees indexing or ranking, and that the observation window shown with each tier is a reference period, not a ranking promise. A provider who will not say this out loud is worth a second look.

4. Check the count in the contract, not the tier name

This is a small point that causes real disputes. Guangsuan's package page notes that the GMB-C name appears in more than one combination with different counts, so the contract should be checked against the listed count rather than the sub-package name alone. The same page states that whether tax and any custom work are included should be confirmed against a written quote.

The general habit is worth keeping with any provider: read the number, not the label. If a tier is called "premium" in two places with two different quantities, the quantity is what you are buying.

5. Decide how you will judge it afterwards

Agree the review method before you start, not after. Guangsuan's package page describes a review step that checks delivery volume and search performance separately, and its GPB page says the indexing verification point, the report contents, what happens if a target is missed, and at least one year of resource maintenance should be written into the contract.

Two honest limits to carry into that review:

  • Indexing and retention are service commitments, not Google guarantees. Guangsuan states this directly.
  • Historical project figures are historical. The case figures shown on Guangsuan's service pages are dated and come from combined SEO projects, not from a single backlink service — the pages say so themselves.

Where to read the details

The comparison table, the package tiers and the delivery terms are on Guangsuan's Google backlink package page. If you want the per-service detail for the layer that points at specific pages, the GPB independent-site backlink page covers its delivery standards and package sizes.

FAQ

What should I send in the first message?

The website address, the target pages you want to promote, your current Search Console data if you have it, and a budget range. Guangsuan's package page lists the same four items as the starting point for confirming whether a combination fits.

Do I need Search Console before buying backlinks?

It is not a technical requirement, but it is the baseline both sides will use to check delivery. Guangsuan's package page describes the review step as checking delivery volume and search performance separately, and Search Console is the property owner's own data for the second part.

Can I start with the smallest tier?

Guangsuan's package page suggests first-time buyers start with the entry combination, and describes the larger combinations as suited to sites that already have content and traffic. The page also notes the observation window is a reference period, not a ranking promise.

Will a backlink package fix a page that does not rank?

Not by itself. Guangsuan states that site content is the foundation and backlinks are not a substitute for it. If the page does not answer the query it targets, the link work is being applied on top of a problem it does not address.
